Laser processing is used when a product requires a clean outline, a repeatable shape or precisely engraved text and graphics. Cutting forms the outer and inner edges, while engraving adds lettering, patterns or shallow relief to the surface.
Laser cutting is used to produce letters, signs, plaques and decorative shapes with clean edges and repeatable contours. Engraving adds text, markings or surface motifs without cutting through the entire element.
We process wood, plywood, MDF, acrylic and other materials suitable for laser cutting or engraving. Suitability is confirmed for the exact material type, thickness and required result.
The process is suitable for one-off pieces and series in which every item must retain the same dimensions and shape. Production options depend on the selected material, its thickness and the narrowest parts of the design.
A vector file with closed paths and clearly defined dimensions provides the most accurate production artwork. Small lettering, narrow connections and detailed ornaments are checked before production to ensure that the design remains strong and legible.
For a complex element or production run, a sample can be made first to confirm the text size, engraving depth, edge quality and overall appearance on the selected material.

What file is needed for laser cutting?
The best input is a vector file such as SVG, AI, EPS or PDF with clearly defined lines. A sketch or a picture can be used for the first inquiry, but for accurate creation the motif should be prepared in vector.
What is the difference between cutting and engraving?
Cutting goes through the material and shapes the contour, while engraving marks the surface, motif or text in shallow relief. When inquirying, it is useful to indicate whether the element should be cut, engraved or combined.
Is it possible to make one piece or series?
One piece, trial sample or series can be made. With batches, it is important to confirm the dimensions, material, tolerances and finish in advance so that all pieces are uniform.
How fine can a laser-cut detail be?
The limit depends on the material, its thickness and spacing between lines. Very thin bridges and tiny letters may deform or break, so the file is checked before production.
