Facade details that restore dimension and character to the building
Facade stucco and decorative elements frame windows and doors, cornices, floor lines, brackets and facade edges. They are made from a lightweight EPS or XPS core with a protective coating selected for the substrate and level of outdoor exposure.
In addition to standard profiles, it is possible to make custom-made elements as well as CNC plating and molds according to technical details. The dimensions, profile, joints and method of installation are harmonized with the base, thermal facade and architecture of the building.
Decorative facade stucco and custom-made elements
Decorative facade stucco, cornices, window surrounds, sills and brackets emphasize a building’s proportions or restore character to an existing elevation. Shape and scale should align with openings, storey lines and the final facade colour.
Window surrounds frame facade openings, sill profiles sit below window sills or work as smaller cornices, while brackets and roof cornices create stronger architectural accents. Non-standard forms can be made from a project detail, photograph or a sample taken from the building.
We make CNC formwork and molds for special profiles and repetitive building forms. When custom-made, the most important are the section, total length, technical detail and description of the material with which the formwork will be used.

What is the difference between interior and facade stucco?
Internal plasters are used for walls, ceilings, rosettes and decorative transitions in the interior. Facade plasters and profiles are made with external protection and are used around windows, doors, cornices and edges of the facade.
Can profiles be used for indirect LED lighting?
Yes, profiles for indirect LED lighting can hide the LED strip, cables or the edge of the curtain, depending on the model. Electrical installations and lighting selection should be planned before installation.
Do you only do standard models or custom stucco?
Standard models and custom-made are possible. For special profiles, a blueprint, sketch, photo of an existing element or exact cross-section measurements are useful.
How is the price of stucco and decorative profiles determined?

Should the substrate be prepared before installation?
Yes, the surface should be clean, stable and flat as much as possible. In the case of facades, the final layer, moisture, joints and fastening method should be taken into account.
How are facade elements protected from water?
Top edges, joints, drip details and finishes are designed so water cannot collect or run behind the element. The detail must be coordinated with the complete facade system.
